The goal was to revolutionize the rental market by providing a transparent and empowering platform for both homeowners and renters, balancing the power dynamics between landlords and tenants.

The outcome was the development of a comprehensive platform that offers verified property listings, transparent communication, and a review system for both landlords and tenants.

Research
The research examined internal and external factors to uncover opportunities and challenges in the rental market. Externally, it highlighted the need to address medium-term rental segments and enhance emotional appeal based on lessons from alternative industries.
Internally, strengths include a user-centered platform, high-quality rental database, community management skills, and a reliable review platform. Leveraging these insights, the platform aims to revolutionize the rental experience with transparency, reliability, and community-driven interactions for tenants and landlords.

Working within a team environment not only helped me identify my strengths and weaknesses but also taught me the importance of effective collaboration and communication. As a student, this experience was invaluable in shaping my understanding of real-world project dynamics and preparing me for future endeavors in the startup ecosystem.
